Becoming a Sponsored Residential Provider

HALOBHID friendly process to becoming a Sponsored Residential Provider ensures that prospects meet the requirements of the organization and the DBHDS. Applicants are interviewed, and if hired, screened according to DBHDS regulation, DMV driving record, Central Registry, financial resources, and professional references.

HALOBHID provides all sponsored residential providers required training such as Human Rights, Person Centered Planning, CPR/First Aid, Therapeutic Options, and Medication Management. Sponsors will also be provide extensive training geared towards the individual that they agree to be placed in their home. These training consist of personal care, daily living skills, 24 hour supervision, and physical assistance.
